Rental Terms and Conditions

Insurance Policy:

All our vehicles are covered by third-party insurance, covering bodily injury to other drivers, damage to their vehicles, accident and personal injury coverage, and legal services. With this third-party insurance, the renter is responsible for all damages to the vehicle they drive and is liable for any damage or theft (in whole or in part) to the rental vehicle (market value at the time of the accident/theft). The cost of damage or loss to the rental vehicle is paid directly to our company, even if the renter has purchased insurance with cash, debit/credit card. We offer an additional type of insurance called "add-on insurance," which reduces the renter's risk at an additional cost. Add-on insurance reduces the renter's liability to 50% of the market value of the rental vehicle. Therefore, the renter is only responsible for damage or loss of 50% of the market value of the rental vehicle. If the damage or loss exceeds 50% of the market value of the rental vehicle, our company will cover the additional cost. Add-on insurance also guarantees immediate replacement of the rental vehicle (subject to availability). The insurance does not cover incidents that may occur when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or when the driver violates traffic laws. And whenever the vehicle is driven in unsafe or unsuitable conditions, such as any damage to the vehicle after driving on a mountain road or rocky road, beach, swamp, or other unsuitable terrain, any damage to the vehicle's tires, side mirrors, accessories, and undercarriage will not be covered by the insurance policy. To be covered by insurance for any damage, you must provide a copy of the official police report.

Fuel Policy:

Similarly: Renters must refuel the vehicle with the same fuel level as when they received it. If the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be responsible for the fuel used to fill the tank, in addition to the service fee. Pre-Fuel: This option allows the renter to purchase a full tank of fuel at the beginning of the rental, allowing you to return the vehicle without fuel. The total pre-paid fuel cost is estimated based on current prices and the vehicle's average tank size. No refunds will be made for unused fuel. Returning the vehicle: Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle on the date, place, and time specified in the rental agreement. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was rented. Our company allows a 30-minute extension of the return time after the agreed-upon return time at no additional cost. If the renter exceeds the designated time limit by 30 minutes, the renter will be charged 30% of the daily rental fee for the next 2.5 hours. If the delay exceeds 3 hours from the time specified in the rental agreement, the renter will be charged the full day's rental fee.
